Mediation Services

Mediation is an alternative approach to defusing conflicts

The aim is to foster awareness and dialogue and enable all the parties involved to express themselves. Mediation also involves restoring ties in such a way that agents arrive at their own conflict resolutions. Clearly, only the persons concerned by the dispute can arrive at and implement solutions likely to resolve it.
