- Olivier has acquired a two-pronged experience in consultancy, notably in the fields of chartered accountancy, audit and transitional management, as well as in corporate financial and administrative functions.
- He was Head of Accounting at Compaq France before taking over global financial coordination at the US headquarters of Compaq Corp. (now Hewlett Packard). He was involved in the mergers and acquisitions of Digital Equipment by Compaq, and subsequently of Compaq by Hewlett Packard. He later joined the Manutan Group, where he was Head of Administration and Finance in charge of acquisitions and development.
- Over the past 15 years Oliver has acquired wide-ranging expertise not only in reorganising finance departments both in terms of processes and people, but also in organic and acquisition-led growth operations to drive corporate development and strategy.
He has worked in France and other countries in positions with a European and global remit. - Olivier, who is fluent in English, is a qualified chartered accountant and has a post-graduate diploma in Finance from the IAE Paris Sorbonne department of Business Administration.

- Beatrice Billiard, an expert “relocation” consultant for the past ten years, facilitates employee relocation. She provides support and assistance for them when they move to a new city or embark on a new career.
- She handles the full spectrum of services in connection with national and international re-settlement: housing search and removals, residence permits, social security affiliation, schooling, exchanges of driving licences etc.
- An expatriate herself during her childhood, the many (approximately 400) families she has helped to re-settle can testify to her professionalism in terms of listening to and anticipating their requirements as part of a tailored service. Delighting her customers, which have included L'Oréal, Schneider Electric, Schlumberger, Sony, IBM, Rhodia, and Barclay's, is her constant priority.
- Béatrice also ran a training and development institute for four years, as well as a club for HR managers, Mouvement Génération RH. Her remit involved organising symposia, training sessions, summer universities and working breakfasts, etc.

- Liliane Grellier has a background in accountancy and law and worked for a decade in chartered accountancy practices (Expercompta and Fiducial), mainly dealing with labour questions.
- She went on to take charge of remuneration and administration departments, notably carrying out audit assignments, migrations, and the outsourcing or insourcing of remuneration software packages, while empowering operational staff and acting as a principal interface both in-house and externally.
- Liliane has built up a rich and diversified experience during a career in complex environments spanning a variety of activity sectors ranging from public works (Bouygues) to services (AIF Services), and from luxury goods (LVMH) to manufacturing (Canon, Hamon Thermal Europe, Lapeyre Services) and advertising (McCann Erickson).

- Véronique's career began in Finance and Commerce, working with the Caisse d'Epargne, Société Générale, Groupe Elis, and Schenker Joyau. Subsequently, in 1999, after obtaining a diploma in Human Resources, Véronique joined the Do It Group where she was tasked with recruitment, redeployment, support and HR organisation assignments for Sarcelles City Hall, Géopost Logistics, Fidexis (a Cofinoga subsidiary), and Insert, among others.
- In parallel, she has also been responsible for the civilian redeployment of military personnel on behalf of ASVIC, an association of former alumni of the Saint Cyr Military Academy, and the French Army, etc.
- In 2006, working for the MKCF and HV-DC companies, Véronique acquired a new Human Resources skillset, working on training and resource optimisation strategies – a task which covered the sourcing of financing, and advisory services for buying-in training provision.
- On the strength of over 15 years' operational experience, she also went on to occupy positions as Head of Employment and Skills and Redeployment Programme Manager for the ECF Group and Lalique.

- For more than two decades, Jean-Louis has worked in the Finance departments of the European offshoots of multinationals from France (Thomson), English-speaking countries (Sara Lee, Douwe Egberts, United Biscuits) and China (TCL). He has worked in a number of sectors, mostly in consumer products in the chemicals, food and distribution (supermarkets, retail), pharmaceuticals and electronics industries, both on the manufacturing side and in distribution/sales.
- His financial experience, notably in managing crises for ailing companies, cash/Working Capital management and Shared Services Centers, means he is skilled in change management situations (with a number of completed projects to date in the construction and service sectors) and university or corporate training.
